Canned Cherry Limeade Concentrate for the Homestead Pantry

Cherry season is one of our favorite times of the year. Fresh cherries are sweet, juicy, and so fun to pick—especially when friends invite us to gather from their trees. This year, we found a new favorite way to use those cherries: canned cherry limeade.

Sweet, tangy cherry limeade concentrate perfect for canning and sipping.

It's sweet, a little tart, and super refreshing on a hot day. Just mix one jar of concentrate with 3 jars of cold water and pour over ice—so good!

And even better, it’s simple to make. All you need is fresh cherry juice, lime juice, and a little sugar.

Heat it up just enough to melt the sugar, pour it into jars, and water bath can it. That’s it!

We love adding cherry limeade to our pantry shelves. It’s a great way to enjoy cherries long after the season ends.

This is what homesteading is all about. Using what’s in season, making the most of what we have, and sharing ideas with others. Life doesn’t have to be complicated. A jar of homemade cherry limeade in the pantry is a little reminder that simple can be sweet.

Give it a try—you just might love it as much as we do!
