Easy Strawberry Popsicles

Each spring on the homestead, one of the best moments is when we see the first red strawberries in our patch.

After months of waiting, those sweet berries bring so much excitement! We love walking through the garden, picking warm strawberries right off the plants. It’s a simple joy that means summer is on its way.

One of our favorite treats is homemade strawberry popsicles. They’re super easy to make, taste amazing, and don’t have any fake colors or flavors. Just fresh fruit and a little sweetness!

To make homemade strawberry popsicles, all you need are strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), and water.

First, blend them all together until smooth.

Then pour the mix into popsicle molds (or ice pop bags).  Don’t fill them all the way to the top, since the liquid expands as it freezes. Pop in the sticks and place them in the freezer for 4–6 hours.

Once they’re frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds to help slide them out. That’s it!

A fresh, cool snack your whole family will love.

Homemade strawberry popsicles are perfect for hot days, after playing outside, or as a fun treat with lunch. They’re healthy, colorful, and made with love from your garden.

If you grow your own strawberries, or even just buy some fresh ones at a farm or market, give these popsicles a try. They’re a sweet way to enjoy the fruits of spring and celebrate the season with something tasty and fun.
